This Privacy Policy applies to Messeji Pte. Ltd. and its affiliated companies (“Messeji” “we” “us” “our”). We value the privacy of our customers, users, and any individual who accesses or uses our websites, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Your privacy is an important factor Messeji considers in the development of each of our products and services. This Privacy Policy explains generally how we receive Personal Data (as defined by applicable legislation) about you, and what we do with Personal Data once we have it.
Messeji is an international service provider and your Personal Data may be processed by us around the world in order for us to deliver the Services. In connection with the Services, and if applicable, you and Messeji will ensure compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Data Protection Act, the Privacy Act and the California Consumer Privacy Act.
How we collect Personal Data from you
We directly collect Personal Data from you that may include identifiers, commercial information, visual information, professional information, financial account information and internet activity information.
We collect such information which may include, but is not limited to, the following situations:

With your permission, we may use meta data surrounding your use of the Services and we may capture other Personal Data from your use of connected third party services and/or providers.

Purposes we process your Personal Data and the legal bases on which we rely

If we need to collect and process Personal Data, for whatever reason, and you fail to provide the required Personal Data when requested, we may not be able to perform our contract with you.
We collect information about you from other sources including third parties from whom your Personal Data is publicly available, as further outlined below, in order for us to perform the Services under a contract with you. We may combine this information with Personal Data provided by you already. This information enhances the Services because it allows us to update, expand, and analyze our records, identify new customers, and create more tailored advertising to provide services that may be of interest to you. The Personal Data we collect from other sources includes identifiers, professional information, education information, commercial information, visual information, internet activity information, and inferences about preferences and behaviours. We track usage activities and how they relate to your performance of the Services in order to provide information on how to improve the Services. We will track this information at a user level and by team, company, geography, industry segment and other potential groupings.
How we share your Personal Data
Messeji may share your Personal Data with third parties in the event:

· Your Personal Data is used by third party partners in case you access services of third parties. Third party services are not directly controlled, operated or maintained by Messeji and our Privacy Policy does not apply to such Third party services. We suggest you review the respective privacy policies of the Third party services providers to determine how they will process your Personal Data.
· We are required to follow the law if we receive requests about you from a government entity, enforcement body or related to a lawsuit.
· In the event our corporate structure changes, we may pass your Personal Data to an affiliate company.
· If we have a good faith belief it is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of you, our other users, Messeji or the public.
Messeji does not sell your Personal Data.
We work closely with third party service providers that may provide us, with your authorization, information about you as noted above, including but not limited to Salesforce.com, Zoom, Outlook, Google, WhatsApp and LinkedIn. These service providers collect usage data in compliance with their own privacy policies.

How we store and secure your Personal
We retain your Personal Data only as long as needed to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law. Your Personal Data will be deleted, anonymized or pseudonymized once it is no longer needed to comply with our business requirements, legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect our assets, or enforce our contracts.
We maintain cloud servers and databases around the world and your information may be processed on servers and databases located outside of the country where you live. Data protection laws vary among countries, with some providing more protection than others. Regardless of where your Personal Data is processed, we apply the same protections described in this Privacy Policy and comply with applicable laws.
When we receive formal written complaints, we respond by contacting the person who made the complaint. We use firewalls and encryption. We take the security of your Personal Data very seriously. Any section of this website that collects Personal Data is encrypted to protect it and is only accessed in order to fulfil the purpose of your interaction with us.
Children
Our Services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 16.

Your ongoing use of the Services after the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
